Ten years in the Geomatics industry is not enough time to become a Geomatics Guru!
But I’m learning!
After finishing a Bachelors Degree with a major in English from the University of Regina it took me another 6 years to find Geomatics. With a 3 year Diploma in Geomatics from SIAST (now Saskatchewan Polytechnic) I began working for an engineering company with a focus on Urban Land Development. After 10 years in engineering I moved to a job in sales and I’m currently in a Technical Support role. All my amazing experiences and all the brilliant people I’ve met along the way have lead me to a new role – the Geomatics Guru!
